For over 25 years, my experience and practice has included personal and work-related concerns such as anxiety, emotional abuse, anger management, grief/loss, trauma recovery, attachment concerns, communication skills, assertiveness training, conflict management, mediation, self-esteem and parenting. I work within both long and short-term therapy from a humanistic, client-centred philosophy. My aim is to demonstrate respect and caring in order to empower clients to resolve emotional concerns.
