Dr. Lake has a PhD in Educational Administration focusing on emotion and crisis management.  His Master's degree is in Psychology specializing in adult counselling. Steven has been in private practice for seventeen years and has worked at the Regional Psychiatric Centre with Corrections Canada as a counsellor in the Aggressive Behavioural Control Unit and the Sexual Offender Unit, for PAR Consultants (an Employee Assistance Plan provider) as a consultant and therapist, and with the BC Society for Male Survivors of Sexual Abuse as a therapist.
