Mary Scott has been a Registered Clinical Counsellor for many years, has worked in university and community settings with young and older adults in short and long term counselling.. In addition to her private practice she works with individuals, couples and groups in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing with Employee Assistance companies.

Mary is a strong and compassionate person who utilizes a wide range of approaches to relieve stress, anxiety, individual and relationship distress, trauma, PTSD, dissociation and career difficulties. She utilizes body focused psychotherapy to heal recent and long term trauma. She is committed to providing the best possible process for the unique needs of her clients, or referrals to appropriate services elsewhere. She believes that individuals, couples and groups are creative and deserving of sound support when going through challenging times. She is English speaking with some French.
