Additional Information about this counsellor or psychologist:

Failure to acknowledge and move towards life's challenges often results in a reduced quality of living and if not addressed may ultimately cause severe distress, relationships may be irreversibly damaged, family systems constantly stressed, and friendships lost.

Many obtstacles may hinder  an individual's growth. Some barriers involve the individuals belief systems and the coping patterns with the tasks that life presents. All of us at times may become stuck in patterns or cycles that are not producing what we want.

Martin uses many techniques in addressing the challenges of life such as exposing beliefs and testing their validity, using trauma reduction techniques for specific incidents, phobias, and themes (e.g. depression, anger), and hypnosis for self-esteem and enhancing existing positive traits. The main objective is to assist clients to move toward their goals. It is Martin's privilege and passion in collaborating with them to reach these goals.
