Max Innes, Ph.D., a family therapist with a general practice, has provided services for individuals, couples and families, including children and youth, throughout the Lower Mainland during the last fifteen years.

In addition to his private practice, Max has worked as a family therapist with various local agencies including, Greater Vancouver Mental Health Services, British Columbia Ministry of Health, and the Ministry for Children and Family Development. He currently works part-time as a family therapist and behaviour management consultant with the North Shore Child and Adolescent Program.

With a background in Education and Sociology prior to his training in Family Therapy, Max brings a wide range of experience to his work. He is a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and the British Columbia Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and registered with the Registry of Marriage and Family Therapists in Canada.
