Additional Information about this counsellor or psychologist:

Marlene’s two decades of professional experience have taught her that people seek counselling for many reasons.  Some are in a period of life transition and want to explore their options.  Others are searching for relief from suffering.  Some clients believe it is time to reflect on their past and how it has shaped their life and relationships.  In other cases the motivation to pursue counselling may be a desire to shift old patterns that are no longer effective.

Marlene works with individuals, couples, and families who wish to address and resolve any of these concerns.  She has particular interests in couples counselling, relationship issues, family of origin concerns, depression and anxiety, disordered eating, stress management, and grief.

Marlene is a client-centered therapist with an eclectic theoretical orientation who feels it is privilege to help people in their personal journey, self-discovery, problem-solving and growth.

She holds an MA in counselling psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor.

Marlene offers an initial 30-minute consultation at no charge.
