Klaus is a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Vancouver, BC. He provides counselling and therapy to parents who are feeling overwhelmed or helpless trying to raise their teen.

Parenting teens can be exhausting. Klaus helps parents regain confidence in their parenting abilities and feel more in charge in difficult situations with their teenager. He assists parents and their adolescents in overcoming hurtful and harmful patterns in relating to each other within the family system. Klaus works at increasing understanding, respectful communication, and accepting responsibility for one’s own behaviour.

Klaus has a Masters degree in Counselling and has completed post-graduate training in a family systems therapy called the Satir Brief Therapy. He has been providing counselling to adolescents and their families for over 8 years. He counsels teens individually and at other times his counselling sessions involve parents or other family members.
