Additional Information about this counsellor or psychologist:

Judith is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who enjoys assisting individuals, couples and families regain their sense of well-being and happiness. She has a special interest in major life transitions, loss and relationship problems.

The pace of life and the multiple challenges we meet in our everyday lives can leave us feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. These feelings, if left unattended, can spiral into negative self-judgments and pessimism and result in depression, anxiety, unhealthy addictions and a sense of hopelessness about the future. Although difficult circumstances can offer us opportunities to grow in new and exciting ways, they can also bring us to a point where we need to stop and take stock of how we want to live our lives with a sense of meaning, purpose, connection and optimism.

Judith uses a multi-disciplined, compassionate, gentle approach to assist clients in developing insight into how and why they feel stuck and co-creating and implementing action plans to regain a feeling of aliveness and control in their lives.
