Judith is a Registered Psychologist with a Ph.D. in clinical psychology. She has over 30 years experience working with individual adults, adolescents, and children as well as couples and families. She is an international lecturer, author, and Registered Play Therapist - Supervisor. Judith has particular experience in helping clients reduce stress, anxiety and depression, improve parenting skills, enhance relationships, develop effective communication skills, increase motivation and achieve life goals. She has also worked extensively with those who are dying, bereaved, or coping with chronic illness, trauma and major life transitions.

Judith is trained in family mediation and the collaborative process. She helps individuals and couples with the process of uncoupling and guides them towards effective co-parenting for the future.

She has extensive experience in sandplay, expressive therapies, and dream work. She helps children improve social and communication skills as well as develop their own “calming kit” for anxiety and stress.
