Dr. Heather Gretton is a Registered Psychologist (CPBC #1462) with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She works in private practice conveniently located in the Tri-Cities and Langley areas.

Dr. Gretton works with adults and teens. She began her therapy work in 1990 and is experienced in helping people witha variety of problems, including stress, depression, anxiety and panic, grief and loss, and coping with disability and pain.

Her strengths are in engaging clients in a respectful and warm therapeutic relationship. She enjoys opportunities to work with clients on issues and struggles and encouraging clients on the journey towards greater emotional health and well being.

Although she draws upon a broad background of experience and approaches, her primary approach is cognitive-behavioral.
