Gordon is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with over thirty years experience working with individuals, couples and families in a variety of settings. He has been in private practice for over 15 years.

Gordon's clients embrace a wide variety of challenges, including: trauma recovery, relationship difficulties, stress management, depression/anxiety, issues emanating from grief/loss, parenting, blending families, attachment disorder, abuse recovery and life-changing events such as injury or deteriorating health. Clients include adults, adolescents, members of the gay/lesbian community and persons from a broad spectrum of faiths.

Gordon's clients find him respectful of their spiritual boundaries and are able to engage in solution-focused conversations which assist them to define their own goals and find direction within their personal beliefs and values. He is commited to the belief that everyone owns the wisdom, courage and passion to achieve their goals. He feels that his "job" is to help his clients get "unstuck" and to rediscover their personal sense of direction and competence.
