Fay Ferris offers caring and sensitive counselling that is individually designed for prompt and positive results. Her areas of practice are couples counselling, depression, anxiety, low self-confidence, disordered eating (including emotional overeating, Anorexia and Bulimia), Family Therapy (especially families with troubled teens), and grief/loss issues.

Fay is very experienced with teens, adults, couples and families. Fay welcomes multiracial, multicultural, and multi faith clients. Short-term and long-term counselling are available. Evening appointments are available.

Fay offers a 1/2 hour free consultation to new clients. A sliding scale is available for persons with a reduced income -- please ask. Fay is a Registered and Canadian Certified Counsellor.

Fay has extensive education in psychology, philosophy, and counselling (UBC). She is specifically trained in Marriage and Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (most effective treatment for depression), Hypnotherapy, and Possibilities Therapy. Fay will design a course of therapy best suited to your needs.
