Fran is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who is fully committed to helping her clients access their sense of wellbeing and full aliveness. Blocks to our wellbeing arise as a means of coping in our families of origin. Physical and emotional symptoms often manifest as a result of holding patterns that no longer serve us and prevent us from living our lives with joy. These survival patterns often work against us and we end up living with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self esteem, addictions, inability to sustain intimacy, sexual dysfunction, migraines and other emotional and somatic problems. As we become aware of our holding patterns and blocks, and how they have arisen, we are able to release them and enter into our full aliveness. Our core Self has boundless energy, joy and peace. It our birthright to access these inherent qualities and feel truly connected to ourselves and others.
