With over 10 years experience working in social services Darren works collaboratively with clients from a strength-based perspective to help clients achieve their desired changes and goals.He meets clients where they are at, understanding individual contexts and perspectives with a non-judgmental approach

His personal style matches the client’s strengths and goals to the most effective counselling practices including narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and mindfulness practices.

Darren has successful experience helping people living with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, communication problems, and family conflict. He is experienced working with children, adolescents and adults.

He has specialized training in grief and loss and trauma and a keen interest in the utilization of biofeedback.

Darren Warren has a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor.
