Rediscover your strengths

Duncan helps people get results and develop realistic strategies to cope more effectively with life. Clients appreciate how his common sense approach helps them make sense of their situation and create strategies for positive change. The sessions are challenging, informative and fun.

Duncan uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to teach people to change the thoughts and behavior that interfere with their ability to lead more meaningful, productive lives.

Clients develop tools that will allow them to find relief from anxiety, panic and depression, to improve self esteem, control nagging self-doubt, adapt to change and loss and to set positive, achievable goals. He also helps clients learn to manage the stress we all experience in today’s fast-paced world.

Duncan is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. He has extensive training, experience in CBT and Solution Oriented Therapy. He is a published author in the area of health psychology. Duncan has provided practical, common sense counselling services since 1995.
