Additional Information about this counsellor or psychologist:

Diana has a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from UBC and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. She has over 20 years experience working with adults and adolescents as a social worker, educator, and counsellor.

Diana works from a Humanistic perspective, integrating psychodynamic and mind-body approaches. Through a combination of talk therapy, body awareness, and spiritual exploration, Diana brings clients to a deeper awareness of self. By recognizing the meaning of past experience and the impact on present functioning clients are able to clear away old beliefs and patterns that get in the way of success, happiness, and a feeling of wholeness.

Diana has helped clients to successfully overcome anxiety and depression, symptoms resulting from grief and loss, abuse and trauma. She works with individuals, families, and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds. By listening with full attention and empathy Diana creates a safe and caring environment in which clients can grow.
