Couple Counselling and Sex Therapy are the primary areas of expertise of Dr. David McKenzie, a Registered B.C. Counsellor and Board Certified Sex Counsellor and Sexologist.

For over thirty-five years Dr. McKenzie has combined his highly trained professional skills and expertise with his warm and non-judgmental approach to provide for his clients a safe, comfortable and inclusive atmosphere in which to deal effectively with their issues.

Dr. David McKenzie provides counselling therapy for relationship problems such as poor communication, chronic conflict, affairs and emotional distancing as well as such sexual problems as:. low sexual desire, premature ejaculation, inability to orgasm, erectile difficulty, vaginismus (involuntarly tightening of vaginal muscles thus preventing entry) and delayed ejaculation. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychotherapy and Sensate Focus are used in the therapeutic process. Exercises are assigned to be done in the privacy of the client's own home.
