Additional Information about this counsellor or psychologist:

Claire Maisonneuve practices Integrative Body Psychotherapy: an in-depth mind-body-spirit approach that works at the root of difficulties.

Claire uses breathwork and self release exercises to encourage a gentle release of blocked energy patterns held in the body. She works from an understanding that the most direct access to the emotions is through the body and the most direct pathway to the body is through the breath.

This allows you to access your own inner wisdom and develop the confidence in yourself to resolve your difficulties.
“ Rather than chasing the darkness away, Claire helps you turn on the light”
