As a Buddhist counsellor and practitioner, Bridget uses her understanding of life, with its sufferings and impermanence, combined with her compassion and loving-kindness to create a safe non-judgmental space in which clients can explore their life and spiritual issues.

She uses breathing, mindfulness, visualization and meditation as well as traditional western counselling and psychotherapy techniques. Her training in London, England is in Psychosynthesis, a Body-Mind-Spirit psychotherapy, and in HIV/AIDS counselling. Her Canadian training includes family therapy counselling at the Pacific Coast Family Institute and sexual abuse counselling at the Justice Institute. She also has a Certificate in Applied Buddhist Psychology from The Amida Trust, UK.
Bridget has over 20 years of experience working with loss and grief, life transitions, self-esteem, spiritual crisis, trauma and relationships.

She has taught Counselling and Communication Skills and meditation and mindfulness at colleges in both Victoria & Vancouver.

She is available to teach: Meditation, Mindfulness, Stress reduction and counselling skills.
