Brigitte’s core belief is that we are inherently perfect and whole and it is the residue of life’s experiences which interferes with our full expression. Thus we often find ourselves stuck in patterns which play out according to old programming of our mind pulling in our emotions, and affecting our lives and bodies. Brigitte helps clients to deconstruct these old patterns and develop new ones more aligned with their inner truths and works with the body and with energy to release the residue.

From her holistic perspective Brigitte views all aspects of clients’ lives as relevant and encourages body-awareness for guidance. Through greater development of resources, supports, and personal strengths, Brigitte fosters stability and empowerment. Her energy work promotes peacefulness, clarity, shifting, and integration. This overall process facilitates a return to a natural state of wellness wherein clients find peace, vitality, and joy – and from which arises the full expression and experience of life.
