Raising children is difficult and I can help you with this awesome task. I have been working with and advising families with young children for over 20 years. Early intervention, whether relating to developmental challenges or mental health issues, is my passion. Different ages and stages of childhood can be very challenging for families who are struggling with other issues. However, there are solutions and strategies that can work for you and your situation.

I offer several types of counselling services to meet families' needs: Play Therapy, Couples Counselling, Individual and Family Counselling, Parenting Coaching, Infant Massage.

I am also available to consult and do workshops related to development, behaviour and infant mental health.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Sciences (Linguistics and Psychology) from UBC, an Early Childhood Development Certificate from Alberta and a Masters of Counselling degree from the University of Lethbridge. Ongoing professional development training and complementary experience allow me to offer families practical and meaningful solutions to their parenting concerns.
