I have over 20 years experience of working with individuals, couples, families and groups in private practice, the Health Service, the Social Services and voluntary organisations. I am a registered Clinical Counsellor with BCACC and a registered Psychotherapist with UKCP. I have extensive experience of training Counsellors and Psychotherapists at Master's level in the UK. I am also a qualified Clinical Supervisor and offer supervision and consultancy for counsellors and Psychotherapists.

My Integrative Relational approach to counselling and psychotherapy focuses on all aspects of a person's functioning and considers the relationship formed between therapist and client to be of primary importance in the process of change. I provide a safe, contained and non-judgmental environment in which you may explore in confidence issues related to your past and present experiences. I draw on an integration of theoretical models in order to meet the needs of each individual.

If you decide to come and see me we will meet for an initial session to talk about your areas of concern and give you an opportunity to consider your options and decide whether I am a suitable therapist for you.
