For me, therapy is about listening deeply, sorting through difficulties, and helping you to feel heard, recognized, respected, and cared about.

As well as addressing problems, my hope is to assist people in finding new ways of relating to themselves and to the world, realize their strengths and abilities, and learn strategies for future success.

In counselling, I help people to explore and better understand the workings of their hearts, minds, bodies and relationships. All of your thoughts, feelings, experiences and memories are welcome here.

I have a wealth of experience supporting men, women and couples in reducing stress and anxiety, coping with depression, improving relationships, resolving family issues, and addressing career concerns, and I strive to tailor the therapeutic process to the unique needs of each individual or couple.
