I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor dedicated to providing a confidential, respectful, and supportive environment for exploring and resolving a broad range of personal concerns and challenges. I provide short and long term therapy to adult individuals and couples. My therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing upon ideas and techniques from various well established therapeutic modalities.

My work is guided by the unique needs, preferences, and personalities of my clients. It strives to encompass the emotional, physical, mental, social, and spiritual aspects of being human.

I believe that everyone has the ability and the right to find the solutions, healing, or growth that fits for them. I see my role as that of a guide in this very personal process.

I have been in the helping profession for over 15 years and have worked in a variety of counselling settings. I have a BA in Psychology from the University of Victoria and a MEd in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
