I have been in private practice since 1999 providing counselling services to individuals, couples and familes. I have over 15 years experience in the helping professions in both government (federal and provincial) and non-government agencies.

The counselling relationship is unique and can help you discover and work toward your goals in an atmosphere of safety and encouragement. I look forward to talking with you to help you to identify your social and psychological resources, learn how to challenge your thinking, and work toward positive solutions in your life.

Since I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of BC, the cost of counselling may be partially covered. Many Extended Health plans cover some costs of psychological services. Please check with your employer or insurance provider about specifics of your plan. Note that some insurers require a written referral from a physician. Psychological services are also GST exempt and income tax deductible. The Medical Services Plan of BC (MSP) does not cover the cost of psychological services.
