Dr. Strachan helps clients to make effective change with a supportive and practical therapy style. Her approach to therapy is influenced by cognitive behavioural and humanist traditions. She enjoys working with women, men, couples and parents. Dr. Strachan works particularly with depression, anxiety, anger, relationship concerns, parenting issues and workplace disability. As a Registered Psychologist her counseling services are covered under many extended health plans and are tax deductible.
