Additional Information about this counsellor or psychologist:

Mark offers services for Men and Women, Couples and Families.

He believes that people generally want to be happy and do well in life. Sometimes, however, people struggle to function at their best. This goes for couples and families as well.

Mark works from a non-judgmental approach to help open up space for people to understand themselves better and make the changes they want to make toward optimal functioning in life and in relationships, whether with a partner or with family.

Working primarily from a family systems or perhaps better known as a family of origin approach, Mark explores the emotional landscape with you.

On occasion he uses EMDR to process emotion or trauma.

When working as a Collaborative Divorce Coach Mark works with the practical aspects of co-parenting, but also the emotional process of managing the transition, of uncoupling and the impasses that can go along with that. This means a healthy, conflict free environment for your children after separating or divorcing.
