For nearly 30 years I have worked with clients in hospital, school and private practice settings.

In my therapy practice I see individuals and couples. They bring a wide range of concerns and aspirations. Many are struggling with difficult emotions, life situations and feel stuck in unproductive thinking and relationship patterns.

I have worked with people from a variety of cultural and religious backgrounds. I have assessed and treated people with learning disabilities, brain injury, and other neurologically-related conditions.

My therapeutic approaches are grounded in an authentic and caring relationship with clients. I draw from several therapy schools including humanistic, cognitive as well as meditation and mindfulness-based approaches.

Essentially all approaches involve an open expression from the heart which serves to bring understanding, connection, and a sense of increased vitality and flexibility.

In 2005 I was awarded the Practice of the Profession Award from the B.C. Psychological Association.
