When we feel overwhelmed, stressed, or bogged down by difficult situations or circumstances, it can be tough to see where to go, what to think, and what to do. Often what is missing is being able to see the bigger picture. This is among other things what psychologists are trained to provide. Using clinically proven methods in the form of an integrative and comprehensive approach to mental health treatment, I assist clients in identifying and changing what keeps them from realizing their potential. This may involve understanding potential triggers of mental health concerns and learning new strategies to decrease symptoms and facilitate change. No matter what your background is and what culture you identify with, what spiritual or political views you hold, and whatever your sexual orientation is, I am committed to guiding you in your own process of reclaiming health.

I am a Registered Psychologist (R.Psych.), providing psychological services in English and German in Vancouver. I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and have a background in treating adults, couples, families, children, youth, and the elderly as well as providing psychoeducational assessments. I am also a member of the Canadian, American, and British Columbia Psychological Associations, have taught on the graduate level in counselling psychology, and have published and presented research.
