Heather Vido is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who sees clients at offices in Surrey and North Delta.

Many people face anxiety and/or depression at some stage in their lives and counseling support can be a very effective tool in overcoming these common challenges. Often our own solutions are in the mix somewhere and we just need someone to help us figure it all out and stay focused on the solutions.

Whether you are struggling with a challenging life situation as an adult or an adolescent, it can be better than it is right now. Registered Clinical Counsellors have extensive training, education and regulatory bodies to ensure that you receive quality care and ethical treatment.

Heather Vido uses basic communication, relationship building, rapport, encouragement, support, kindness and most importantly, solutions in helping her clients achieve their goals. Trained in Adlerian psychology as well as brief and solution focused therapy, Heather helps her clients achieve their goals in a quick and effective manner.
