Hilary is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from City University in Vancouver, BC. She is committed to promoting positive change within her community.

Hilary provides a respectful, non-judgmental and encouraging environment, in order to support people in recognizing their ability to work through challenges. She encourages them to develop new and more positive stories of themselves, their relationships and the struggles they sometimes face. Her straightforward and sincere approach aims to develop a greater sense of happiness, confidence and well-being.

Over the years, Hilary has worked with people of all ages, providing individual, family and group counselling. She has worked as a Family Counsellor with Family Services of Greater Vancouver, as a Family Therapist with South Vancouver Youth Centre, and as a Youth Consellor and Family Therapist with the Peak House Program in Vancouver.

Hilary is dedicated to professional development. She is a certified Narrative therapist with additional training in Family Systems Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
