My counselling is holistic, informed by Western scientific advances in psychology as well as Transpersonal, Jungian (the theories of C.G. Jung) and Energy Psychologies. I address a wide variety of client concerns including relationship problems, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, stress management and blocks to personal, sexual and spiritual development and creative expression. I work with many different types of clients with various cultural, sexual and spiritual orientations.

I also have many years experience helping people with career choice and indecision, life planning and life/age transition issues. Such issues, as well as "meaning of life" questions, commonly arise at midlife.

I view every client as unique. Each client's needs deserve special consideration which is why my approach to each individual is a particular blend of the many counselling methods I have studied. I also stay current with new developments in the field of psychology and continue to integrate these into my practice to enhance my work and benefit my clients whenever possible. I create a warm comfortable, safe and trusting atmosphere where clients can explore whatever they need to in a manner at a pace that feels right to them.
