Private Practice located in South Surrey, BC.  Tele-Counselling/Coaching to clients in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Thornhill and surrounding areas in Ontario and in British Columbia.

I  bring 30 years of experience and have extensive training in a variety of therapeutic modalities relating to individuals, couples, families and organizations.  I have a graduate degree from the University of Toronto and undergraduate degree University Of Western Ontario. Registered with the  British Columbia College  of Social Workers.  

My expertise is working with clients who are experiencing anxiety/depression, life transitional challenges, relationship issues and workplace related challenges.  I find the best approach that works with your particular and unique needs and I'm therefore not limited to any one therapeutic style. I often incorporate Brief / Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive/Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Body Centred Therapy and offer Guided imagery/Meditation for stress management.  

My teaching experience includes courses on “Communication Skills”  at Ryerson, Toronto Ontario and courses in gerontology and communication at Humber College. I have also facilitated workshops  on a variety of topics including   “Strengthening Stepfamilies”  “Remarriage” 

Drawing from my years of experience with EAP organizations,  hospital mental health and emergency services and private practice, I  developed and presented to variety of audiences an insightful and dynamic approach to stress management called “ Creative Consciousness: The New Stress Management". 

I am currently working closely with several national EAP companies providing counselling, workplace development and intervention, debriefings  and workshops on preparing for retirement and interactive workshops on stress management..
