Deena is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a private practice in Vancouver since 2000. She works with individuals, couples and families and uses a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients find the self-awareness, strength and strategies for a healthier life. Deena has a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the University of Manitoba and a Post-Master’s in Family Therapy from the University of Pennsylvania and the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic. She has trained with Virginia Satir in family systems therapy and William Bridges in career and life transitions.

Deena is also a member of the International Coaches Federation, BC Human Resources Assocation and BC-OD Network. As a coach, she is a results-focused partner in helping clients achieve their personal and professional goals. Blending a strategic and targeted approach with humour and understanding, she guides clients in surfacing roadblocks and working through them.
