Cecilia is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Social Worker. Cecilia is a warm, open and skilled therapist who is committed to helping people create life long change. Cecilia provides client-centered counselling to youth, adults, families and couples of all sexual orientations from a strength-based perspective to promote healing and positive change. Counselling services are offered in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, anger, adoption, addictions, relationships/family conflict, LGBT issues, life transitions, and trauma such as childhood sexual abuse, sexual assaults and domestic violence. Cecilia is a certified EMDR therapist and has extensive experience in working with women who have survived trauma.

Cecilia also provides group counselling services in the area of increasing self-awareness, stress reduction, anger management, women’s empowerment, and trauma such as sexual abuse. Groups are offered to youth, women and men (separate groups).

Eterna Counselling & Consulting also offers corporate workshops designed to address areas of workplace wellness, stress reduction, communication and team building. Trainings/workshops are created collaboratively with the agency so that each workshop is a custom design and addresses all areas identified by agency.

Cecilia has previous work experiences are in the areas of Victim Services, Residential Drug and Alcohol Treatment, Legal Advocacy, Health Care Social Work, Non-Profit Organizations, Program Development, Clinical Supervision, Individual and Group Counselling, and Teaching.
