I began my career as a counsellor because I was seeking meaning and purpose in my life. Since the early nineties, I have been offering counselling to men, women and adolescents. My motto is Counselling for Peace of Mind.

I completed my  Master in Education (counselling) degree in 1992 and have been pursuing specialized areas of training since then. My fascination is with using the mind to heal the body and emotions. In the past decade I have been inspired by the work of Jon Kabat Zinn and Saki Santorelli and recently began offering Mindfulness Stress Reduction in a group setting.

I have an extensive background in trauma therapy and have worked in women's centres, community services and mental health agencies. In addition, I continue to offer counselling services for some Employee Assistance Programs and offer consultation to other counsellors.

I have offices in both White Rock and Ladner which makes easy access for people from all over the Lower Mainland.
