Bob Finlay is a Registered Family Therapist and Registered Clinical Counsellor with 40 years experience. He is an experienced Family and Individual Therapist, who wherever possible, involves family members in therapy, including the children, parents and extended family members depending on the nature of the presenting issues. 

Bob is a Certified Family Mediator assisting families undergoing separation and divorce to develop a parenting plan and divide their assets leading to a legal agreement. He provides Custody and Access Reports and Views of the Child Reports for the Courts.  In cases where children resist visitation, he provides a unique counselling approach referred to as "Reunification Therapy" to reestablish the damaged parent-child bond.

Bob is also qualified as a Parenting Coordinator appointed by the Court or by parents to assist high conflict parents who are separated and unable to work together in the best interests of the children. Bob is a qualified Divorce Coach working with parents who are engaged in a Colloborative Law Model of settlement.
