You may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or persistent feelings of self-doubt and not feeling good enough. From the outside, you seem capable and put together, but inside you're exhausted from carrying so much on your own. Perhaps you're a parent managing the mental load for everyone else, a professional who keeps achieving but never quite feels settled, or someone who has spent so much time taking care of others that you've lost touch with what you need.
For over a decade, I've supported adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and challenges with self-worth. I specialize in helping clients understand and heal the deeper patterns that keep them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in the same struggles despite their best efforts.
Our work together starts with slowing things down enough to understand what's really happening beneath the surface. You don't need to arrive with the right words or a clear plan—just a willingness to begin where you are. I integrate EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, CBT, and mindfulness to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen their relationship with themselves, and create lasting change.
I offer in-person counselling in Vancouver and online therapy throughout British Columbia.
