Addictions - Including Substances

All Areas Of Practice > Addictions - Including Substances
The Counsellors and Psychologists on this site work with individuals with various addictive behaviours. Typically they will address the historical roots of addiction and will explore the cost/benifit ratio of taking the steps to overcome addictive behaviour. Some Counselling Professionals work primarily with specific types of addictions and not others. Some feel that treatment for addiction is similar regardless of the addiction.
