Georgeanna Drew has a Masters in Counselling Psychology and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, and is an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, Certified in EMDR, with advanced training in Hypnosis and various Brief Therapy strategies. She works with PTSD, depression, anxiety, childhood and adult trauma and abuse, grief, career, family issues, gender, sexual orientation and cross cultural concerns.

Referrals come from clients, physicians, psychiatrists, and psychologists and Georgeanna works with individuals, couples, families, and groups. As a clinical supervisor for graduate students and practicing professionals, she provides individual and small group supervision. Georgeanna facilitates EMDR consultation groups for therapists wishing to become certified or improve their skills in using EMDR.

Committed to success, Georgeanna engages in ongoing professional development. She recognizes that her clients are the experts about themselves and therefore works collaboratively to tailor therapy to meet individual needs. Treatment may consist of CBT, EMDR, hypnosis, and Emotional Freedom Techniques as well as encorporating Gottman, Adler, Satir along with emotional focused strategies. A coaching approach that includes e-mail and telephone support is also available after an initial in person meeting.
